The web template
package you purchased is classified as "software".
By installing, copying, or otherwise using my web templates, and
additional ("third party") Components ("the Software") on any
computer or device, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
You should carefully read the following terms and
conditions before using any templates. Terms and conditions have
been clarified for your purchasing information.
Your use of my web templates indicates your acceptance of the terms
of this License Agreement. Deborah Miller, FrontPage Templates 4U
grants you the following license:
FrontPage Templates Terms of Use
1. What you allowed and not allowed to do with the FrontPage
templates being offered for sale on this site?
You can:
Build a personal or a customers website using the template in any
way you like.
You cannot:
Repackage or modify the template for resell or redistribute the
templates or any part of the template "including images" as your own
work.
Claim any ownership to any of the graphics modified or unmodified
used in the templates. All graphics are the property of License
Holder provider or companies that granted the use of the images.
Make more than one website using the same template (you have to
purchase the same FrontPage template more than once) in order to
make another website using the same design.
Graphic Images:
The main graphical image(s) are for use ONLY in the
web template you purchased. It MAY NOT be removed to be used in any
other project or website you are creating for a customer or personal
use.
Good Faith:
My web templates are offered in good faith. The purchaser
agrees not hold to Themes In Design or FrontPage
Templates 4U liable for any loss of revenue, time, or other damages
that might be incurred, directly or indirectly, through the use or
misuse of a FrontPage® theme or web template. If you have a problem
understanding or using any third party additional software please
contact their support service.
Third Party Software:
Your web template package may contain elements that
rely on additional third-party software that must be purchased
separately in order for said element to be modified or perform
satisfactorily on your computer. Such notices are clearly marked on
each preview. Elements which rely on such additional software may be
removed and not affect the overall performance of the template
package. These elements may included DHTML, Java Script or Stock
Photography or other companies such as FrontLook or Swish Max, etc.
Watermarks:
Some random graphical elements within the web template may have been
watermarked by me. This in no way affects the appearance or
performance of your web template. However, it does allow us to
occasionally search and thus find instances where the images are
misused. If you have any questions regarding this process, please
contact me for details.
NO RETURN policy:
Before you purchase any web templates here, please
be advised there is NO return policy
In short, no currency will be refunded.
The web templates are tested and assembled so they work before they
are made available for purchase. I have even provided you with a
complete working preview of the page template before purchase.
In the event I made a packaging mistake, I will fix this mistake and
return the corrected product to you.
Your understanding and cooperation in the above is apperceived. It
takes time and hours to design the web templates for the packages I
have created and offer for sale to you and the general public.
